Ricardo Torres is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vectored Equity. He is responsible for the oversight and execution of the company’s vision of creating wealth while improving quality of living for its residents.
Ricardo manages over $26M in assets, spanning 138 units in two states. He leads multiple initiatives, including but not limited to generating and sourcing investor capital, structuring equity as well as identifying new properties for investment.
Ricardo is active in the marketing aspect of the business, providing exposure and creating opportunities for continued investor and joint partnerships as well as team development.
Patrick Reven is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer for Vectored Equity. He is primarily responsible for the underwriting, risk analysis and asset acquisition.
Pat serves as a liaison between outside agencies and internal teams aimed at improving efficiencies, identifying key performance indicators, and increasing the net operating income of the assets.
Pat has underwritten over $26 million dollars and serves as the lead for property acquisitions from contract through due diligence and inspections. Pat leads multiple initiatives which provide resources and education for new partners through our MASTERmind group.
Abby Torres
CIO
Abby brings more than 10 years of technology administration and management experience along with her passions for organization, data analytics, process efficiency, and business development to the Vectored Equity Team.
A cum laude alumni of Mississippi State University, Abby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Services, as well as Microsoft Certifications, including MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) and MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer), specializing in Microsoft’s CRM platform, Dynamics365.
